Registered. Synced and I am 3.4 what ever that means..

I'd initially thought Vermin was considering one of these...

    8.8

    But what does that mean?

    Edit:- 5.8.
    Last ride was 8.8.
Still don't know what it means.

Commuting kinda ruins it; I guess it's meant for people to track their weekend and training rides and the stop start trafficy nature of commuting generates some wild figures.

Well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

    Meaningless to date for me.
My weekend runs are cafe runs which lowers my average speed considerably (maybe) as one hour can be burnt chatting over a coffee or two.
I will now have to start using the auto stop function as I always forget to restart if I stop the Garmin.
Wonder how that will affect time, speeds and ultimately score in RiTMO sense?
A cafe stop shouldn't be counted in full but I will come out fresher than non-stop.

    I got a 7.2.

I dont think the commute should 'ruin' it as long as you do some weekend rides as well. It takes your 3 best scores for an average, and only scores rides over 10miles/16km, so wild commute scores should not affect it. 1 qualifying ride has to be within 2 months and the others within 6 months.

At least it synchs with strava to make life easy

I'm a bit confused by how it works. Seems to reward short intense efforts on the flat - i.e. laps of RP, races etc. I chucked in some RP stuff and it came out at around 1.6, then threw in some data from last year's trip to the Pyrenees and it was coming up with 24/25 - that's including a ride that took in a 1 hour ascent of Luz Ardiden and a 1:20 ascent of Tourmalet. Neither are shabby times really so I'm a little surprised that they score so badly on RiTMO. The interface is all a bit meh as well. I think I'll stick with Garmin Connect/Strava which I understand.

3.7 but can't say I understand it. 0.2 for Etape Caledonia ride then 3.2 for day 1 of London Revolution, 7 days later, similar pace and 20 miles longer.

You lot make me laugh. Any fule know that this is a front for the NSA. When the oil runs out, they'll send their stealth craft (based on the downed alien tech held at Roswell since '47) over here and collect all you low scorers. You'll be shackled to turbo trainers, fed via a tube, and made to pedal for the rest of your lives to power the remaining US supercities.

    You heard it here first.

They'll never get me though. Not with my new aero tinfoil helmet. No sirree.

I couldn't even find my score. I could see scores against individual rides but thats about it. Some rides where I've averaged 340w and averaged 20mph+ through London are showing up at like RiTMO 16. Thats complete and utter rubbish.

Like IP I'll stick to Strava/Connect and what the Powertap tells me.

I prefer the Strabbaranks ranking (nothing to do with me being 48th of London Strava users)

1.2 Do I win a jersey? Apparently I weigh 0kg though, so that may have some bearing on it.

There's a whole SW where the lights go dim when I get off that thing.

    True fact.

(Funnily enough, that particular turbo does feed power back into the National Grid)
