I have a booking on June 16th 2013 at 16:00-19:00pm.. 3 hours!!
Anyone welcome..aiming for about 17 riders so its on first serve, of who goes..

payment of £25.00 including a fully coached session..
you will need to pay for bike hire if you havent got a track bike,
they accept KEO cleats or normal trainers with toe clips..
you will need helmet and track mitts/gloves, thank you
Let me know asap as i am trying to limit numbers so each rider gets more track time..
good bit of training and very enjoyable! payment will be accepted by paypal, its first come first serve so don't miss it
for this coming Sunday!
