Lightweight HT Frame

Hi All, I am thinking of building myself a lightweight HT and I am after a frame but don't know where to start.
am after alloy really, was looking at the Rock Lobster as a friend has one but just wondering what else is available / you would suggest?

Helpfull to put all the facts in the first post....
No point recommending something to buy used as we won't know if one will ever be offerd for sale, better to spot a few and come back and ask.
