Shimano 10 speed cassette spacers

Hi dumb question
Fitting an Ultegra 10 speed cassette . The cassette came with a slim plain spacer on the wheel side of the largest gear. My wheel ( fulcrum ) came with a thick profiled spacer saying to be fitted with Shimano 10 and 11 speed. Do I need to fit both or ditch the small plain spacer that came with the cassette ?

    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
