Degreaser - Franks' Special Cleaner

I was washing my bike chain today and was out of Simple Green, so I used a new solution I got recently to clean bugs off the front of my car. It's called Frank's Special Cleaner. It works great on bugs and amazingly well on my chain. My question is whether or not it's ok for continued use. Here's a link with description.

i wouldn't want it anywhere near me or my bike
