Carrying bikes in vans

I've seen some people have a set up in vans where they take off the front wheel, and then stand the bike up by putting the skewer/bolt through the normalfitting on the forks which is then attached to a bracket on a piece of wood.
Hopefiully i've explained it well enough as someone i know wants toknow where or if possible to buy these brackets.

I have four Delta Hitch Pro locking fork mounts in my van. More or less the same as above and have the added security of a padlock through the quick release just in case I need to leave the bike in the van overnight.
