CRC Gift Vouchers

Right, forgive me because one of us is being stupid but...

My mother (who is not the most technically gifted person) gave me some CRC vouchers for my bday. She forwarded me the standard order confirmed e-mail you get from CRC (the one that lists what you ve ordered and says they dispatch ASAP etc etc)

Under the order there was an ID Code (e.g. ID: ABCXYZ). Is this the Gift voucher code or has she forwarded me the wrong e-mail?

You can always try it, just stick it in the voucher box on crc and itll take off the value of the voucher if it's correct. If it isn't, it just won't show any discount. This happens before you pay so it's safe to try.

Yeah I did that and nothing. i suspect she's not sent me the right e-mail, but I wanted to check that CRC hadnt messed up or something (e-mailed them, but it's the weekend and I'd like to place the order so it ll be back when I get home from the desert!)

Yeah i remember it being a bit confusing when my grandparents did it for a voucher for me.
