SLX Shadow+ vs XT Shadow+

I currently have an XT rear mech on one bike and SLX on t'other and to be honest, couldn't tell the difference if you blind tested me. Now I'm looking to try one with a clutch.

Is there any noticeable difference between shifting performance on the SLX+ and XT+ rear mechs? I'm guessing there is a weight penalty for SLX+ but is there actually any difference in use?

Anyone used both?

    I went from a 9 speed xt to an slx shadow+, it's been fantastic and I think it looks far better than the xt and shifts better than my 9 speed though can't comment on current xt
