Saddle Bag?

I'm sorry guys I know this is petty, but I need a new saddle bag because the velcro on my old one has fluffed up and isn't sticky anymore. Problem is my local bike shops don't keep much variety in and I don't live anywhere near any bigger stores, so I might be better off buying online.
I just want one that's fairly waterproof, can hold an iPhone, inhaler, spare tube, inflater, two gas cartridges, tyre levers, a multi-tool and a packet of scabs.
Oh and preferably without an up to down zip on it which is why mine keeps opening itself and jettisoning my kit on the sly.
