DI2 Rear Mech problem

Just upgraded my frame and transfered my Ultegra di2 onto it. Internal cables have it looking sweet but I have a problem with the rear Mech. The cable wont click into place on the mech. I does work when you twist it a small place but after a while on the road it loses contact and stops working, if I give it a twist it works again straight away. Has anyone had anything like this happen?

Are you using the tool for inserting the plug?

Yes I am but it just won't click in no matter how hard I push! Tried new cable and that didn't make any difference!
