Im getting old, Son just passed driving test

My 17 year old has just passed his driving test this afternoon, Im over the moon for him, I can remember the feeling when i passed many years ago.
Living MY dream.

    well done him - did he pass 1st time - it took me 4 goes :shock:

    1st time, he has been racing for a while now so knows cars inside out but was worried the bad habits would follow him.

    Congrats to your son for passing his test. Now you just have to sell a kidney to pay for the insurance :D

    Congrats. Great freedom, i remember passing my test. Had no lessons and passed first time one month after being 17. Happy days. I took my test in my first car which was an e reg astra van, loved it. Didnt have to reverse round a corner as it was a van? Some test. I remember petrol was 56.9p a litre and i could go out all week for £20 how times change. I just spent £50 on two bike tyres worlds gone mad.

    My step daughter is 17 now got all that to come one day. Congrats to the boy.
