Tyres….tread wobble?

I’ve finally got around to fitting the pair of Hans Dampf I picked up at 50% discount from bike-discount.de online shop back in Jan/Feb. not really needed to fit them before now but now they’re on I’ve noticed I just can’t get the front tyre tread to run true.
I’m running inner tubes with half a tube of “slime” in each currently. I’m intending replacing the front wheel to match the rear one soon and didn’t want to run them tubeless on “crappy” rims having sealing issues.
I’ve had the tyre deflated and inflated 3times (used air compressor at work) and slapped 40psi in but to try and get it to seat in the rim better but the tread still seems to wobble quite a bit over about 6-8”. The rest of the front tyre runs fine on the rim.
Is this something that will eventually sort itself out after being thrown around the trails/ridden hard a few times or should I be concerned about it? Not sure it really makes much difference but makes the wheel look like its buckled – its not (yet lol)

Is it actually seated or is the wobble coming from the way it's molded?0

it does look to be seated well enough....but at the cost of these tryes i kinda expected them to run true.
i've trail star front, pace star rear. the rear runs lovely and true but the front has that wobble0 -
Unless you can feel it when riding I wouldn't be that bothered personally.0

Whack it up to 60 psi or more and see if it seats better.I don't do smileys.

well i think i may have solved it.....lowered the pressure to 30psi...rode it about 4miles to the petrol station with free air....whacked it up to 55psi....darent take it further (scared it blowing lol) then lowered it back to 40psi and rode back....looks to be much less wobble on it than before.
did a 24mile ride last night on local trails and towpath....wobble is almost non-existant so i'm guessing the bead just needed to seat itsself better on the rim.
thanks for the advice guys0
