Garmin 705 Memory Full error when it's not

My Garmin Edge 705 has just started giving me a "Memory Full" error on turn on and every 10 minutes while in use, but the memory's not full. I cleared all my history off it a month or so back and there's over 400mb still available.

Any suggestions on how I can get rid of the error?
