Simple road shoes

There are a lot of posts about various pedal/shoe combinations. What i want to know is. Are there any top end road shoes that do not have an all singing all dancing method of fastening them.No clickety click things or dials to turn. Just good old fashion straps that fix with Velcro. Any suggestions please.
