Italian Thread Bottom Bracket/Power Meter

I have a conundrum that has stumped me and wandering ifbsnyone can help.
I have bought a Pinarello Domga 2 and would like to fit my Quarq Power Meter to it. I haver ordered several GXP bottom brackets for this, but all of them rub on the inside of the chain set, to the point that they stop it spinning properly. The Standard thread BB's come with a tapered edge that would fit perfectly, but the Italian ones are straight edges.
Does anyone know of a solution? I am running Shimano Dura Ace mechanical. Any advice would be greatfully received.
