Ma Baker Food Bars...

HulloThere Everyone, you're all looking lovely this evening.....
....anyway. Seen these oat bars in my local shop 'Ma Baker' thems be called. They come in a variety of fruit flavours with promises of real bits in them. I like to eat relatively healthily, just wondering if anyone has seen/ had one and knows what sort of sat fats are in one?
They are quite big, about 450 cals. I had a banana one and it was lovely job but just concerned the sat fat will be loads! Smashing for breakfast before a six hour ride though
