Tubeless tyre problem

Wonder if anybody can help with my tyre problem?
I went for a ride yesterday and stopped at for a pint after about 20 miles and noticed my tyre's had gone funny....wondered if any of you guys have come across this before?
There was small lumps like bubbles next to the tread round the centre of the tyre they protruded approximately a little more than the tread itself. When i got home and had another look the bubbles had gone?
The tyres are Conti Mountain King tubeless 2.2

I had the same thing with a Conti Rubber Queen 2.2 Tubeless except I noticed it from new. I returned it (after emailing a photo) and it was replaced with another that was fine. I wondered whether it was the sealant that had affected it.0

Hmm, the bike is over a year old though.....it was just left in the box for months then I bought it and have now used it for a couple of months, should I drop Conti a mail?0
