Stans Olympic rims query

Hi thinking on buying form a certain web site some dore hubs with stans ztr olympic rims for my hardtail build as i cant afford dedicted UST rims as other bike, my question is do you need to use stans tubeless kit with these rims to make them run tubeless.

    You need the yellow tape and a valve, you don't need the full on rim strips.

    Yep, got a set of Alpines and a set of Podiums, had Crest and Olympics before. Great rims. I did use the rim strips when I first got the Olympics, but then reverted to the yellow tape and never had any fitting issues.
