Air Ambulance Double 100 (100m or 100k)

I've just signed up for the Kent /Surrey / Sussex Air Ambulance double 100 charity bike ride:

In 2013, the Double 100 Cycle Challenge has a 100 mile and 100km route option and passes through Kent, Surrey, and both East and West Sussex.
