creaking from bb?

Started getting a terrible creak from what I believe is the bb. Under load big and little ring, both sides.

Will it be the bb?

Is it when seated or out of the saddle? I has the same when out of the saddle and thought it was coming from the bb, it wasn't, it was the spoke tension on my wheels. It might be worthwhile checking that if you haven't already.
