Tyre Confusion

Hi all,
I have just been browsing the interweb looking for a set of new tyres!
It seems like Continental Grand Prix 4 feature high on the recommended lists!
My problem is I am bloody confused with sizes etc!
My current tyres are Schwalbe Lugano 25 x 622 (28x100-700x250) What do these numbers represent?
Does that mean I need to go for 25x700 in the GP4?
So many numbers!!!
Any advice would be most welcome! 8)

622 is the measurement of the hole of a 700 size tyre, 25 is the width of your tyre in millimetres so yours are 25mm by 622.
They are commonly referred to as 700 tyres.
These guys explain it clearer than me ...
