Bibshorts - Size Guides

Hi all,

Looking into purchasing my first set of bibshorts and stumbled on a little problem with the sizing guide.
I've a 35 and a half inch chest and I'm 186cm tall.
for the chest, the size guide recommends an extra small, whilst it for the height, the large it up to 185cm and the xlarge is 186cm-190cm
The height for the xsmall is 150-159 so I'm pretty sure that's a no, no.
The chest for the large is a 41 inch chest and the xlarge has a 43inch chest, will the straps still work on these?

Shorts are shorts (even if they do happen to have bibs attached)... don't bother looking at the chest and buy on height and weight/waist.

Forget the chest measurement, it means nothing. Size bib shorts to height. What brand are you looking at?

Deadly cheers, they're Oneten primo shorts on CRC, seem to be good value at 47 euro

You've also got to take into consideration that a good bib should feel like it's pulling you down a bit when you stand up. They're all about the position on the bike.

The beauty with crc is free returns, so order multiple sizes.

I have a short torso in comparison to my 5ft 10 height, so if I go by height the straps end up being too large.

I'm a 37 chest and about a 33 waist, and most of my bibs are small, I have some mediums which fit fine, but all makes are different as we well know!
