Planet X SL Pro Carbon cable routing.

Hi all,

Question re the above. I have just got an SL Pro carbon frame and have spent the evening fitting all the bits and bobs to it, joy!
I am fitting tiagra with a triple. Question is on the front mech the cable comes out of the hole in the frame and when I attach it to the mech it is touching the inner plate. Is this normal. Also the shifting feels a lot stiffer than it was on the Allez (although it is a new front mech)
Any advice would appreciated.

    Hi, I have the same frame and you're right, there is an issue with the f/d cable rubbing which worried me at first but no problems with this over the past 2 years when gear changing. I run a Sram Red compact so not sure about a triple, and ref the shifting, no more difficult to change than my other bikes.

    Thanks for that. Have been fettling tonight and it seems ok. Annoyingly I need a new (longer) chain and missed the LBS today. Will have to solace myself with wrapping bar tape and looking at it rather than riding it!
