1 - 2hr route near dolwydellan

Staying near dolwydellan before doing stiniog on the saturday, apart from penmachno and marin, what other routes are doable from within say 10 mins drive or even better from the village itself, just for a quick fix before beer.?

    Elin's Revenge (I think it's in the Bikefax book). Goes over to Betws y Coed and back, although I think you do one of the fireroad sections of the Marin as part of it, unless you fancy riding down the A5.

    The Sarn Helen MBR route I've done before starts and finishes in dolwydellan and at 11 miles its not long but some good climbs.
