Fixing Raleigh Badge to Headset Tube

Hi Guys, tried this question in the Ask Section without any response so I am trying here. Does anyone know where I can obtain the 3 pins required to refix the Badge. Are they obtainable or is it a case of trying to make some ?

    They're usually copper rivets. You could try framebuilding supplier - Ceeway on www.framebuilding.com. Or give someone like Mercian Cycles a call?
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    I'd probably just glue it on.
