Norwich 100 - Compulsory 30-minute stop?

Just doing a bit of googling as I'm down to ride this one on Saturday.
For what I can see, previous editions have had a compulsory 30 minute stop at the 43-mile point.
I'm a bit miffed by this; I don't want to stop for 30 minutes! Very random.
Does anyone know whether this is in place for this year and whether I can ignore it?
Seems really stupid to me. The instructions don't make any mention of it.

It's actually 48miles round, at Sheringham High School
I stop long enough to use the loo's and re-fill bottles from the sink (you get no drink or food given to you on this sportive) and head off
It's not policed at all0 -
the manchester 100 had this as well, they directed everyone into a school carpark so quite a lot of people just rode in and out again"I get paid to make other people suffer on my wheel, how good is that"

Yep, just ride straight through if you want. We usually do and go on to our favourite cafe a few miles up the road.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?
