Looking to pull the trigger on a Scott CR1 SL but can't decide between size Large (56cm) or Extra Large (58cm).
I'm 6"1 and currently on a 58cm Genesis Equilibrium, any Scott owners on here can advise?

Yes, I'm 6'4". My Genesis Vapour 60cm before I crashed it was if anything slightly too big for me - I ended up putting a shorter stem on. With hindsight the 58cm probably would have been perfect - I did try both but until you ride a bike for a considerable period, you can't be sure.
I've now got a 58cm Scott CR1 which is perfect sizing for me.
But that's me, it all comes down to your own individual proportions, flexibility, preferred riding position etc.0 -
By the way, are you looking at the absolute bargain CR1 SL frames from Westbrook Cycles?

I'm 6'1" 32" inside leg and ride a 60cm Equilibrium and think it's perfect. Normally I'd be 58 but the Genesis measure the bit above the top tube so it's not really a 60cm, more like a 58. Confusing ?? maybe top tube length could be considered.0

Better off buying the frame and the bits surely?0 -
And on the same subject, are there adaptors for this frame for Campag Ultratorque? Ad lists BB as BB91.
@Porlyworly - it would be the 56 for me and I'm around 6 - one and a half. But long legged so short torso. If you are in any way geometrically normal, 58 sounds about right!Faster than a tent.......0
