Which of these two jerseys?

I'm looking to buy my first cycling jersey, I want it to be short sleeved with a full length zip and I'm hoping to spend as little money as possible. So far these two jerseys seem to suit me best:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/craft-radioshac ... ey-2012-1/
http://prendas.co.uk/details.asp?ID=3125
The wiggle one has the benefit of looking a bit better and supposedly has 'gripper elastic at the hem' whereas the prendas one has a zipped pocket and says it can be worn next to the skin without an undervest.
I suppose the information that would help me make the decision is:
Does the fact that the prendas one isn't described as having gripper fabric mean that it is likely to 'ride up' or flap in the wind?
If I wear the wiggle one next to my skin will it be uncomfortable?
Do I really need a zip pocket or is it safe to put phone/keys etc in a non-zipped pocket?
Thanks in advance for your help, I know very little about jerseys so any information you can share will be helpful to me.

What an odd pair of jerseys to narrow your selection down to. What exactly were your criteria?
If this is your first jersey, I would be pretty wary of buying online. Sizing between manufacturers varies wildly. For example, I am 180cm tall and weigh 70kg. I take anything from a M to an XL depending on the manufacturer. You could do much worse than go to a local bike store and try a few on. I am sure there will be a few jerseys around your price range.
A zipped pocket is nice, but by no means necessary.0 -

Buy the one you like best. Simples
(But make sure you can return easily, as said previously sizing can vary widely)0 -
I'd go for the Craft jersey, as I have one and often get mistaken for Fränk Schleck.I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

So I can safely ride with my valuables in a non-zipped pocket and they won't fall out?
Also:

Do you actually have one? Is it ok to wear against my skin?0 -

Oh, thanks for pointing that out - but I was actually making a more nuanced point. There are plenty of jerseys available for less money than those two which made me doubt that price was the only consideration. So I was attempting to find out if there were any other criteria the OP found important
Out of all the jerseys in the world don't you find those two (an 2012 team jersey) and a very plain Santini one a slightly odd combination?0 -

No - both will be made from Lycra, and will be tight fitting. If I wear the wiggle one next to my skin will it be uncomfortable?
Again, you need to get out and try a jersey yourself to see if you prefer it next to skin or not. Almost all jerseys are made from the same sort of material. I think the majority of cyclists wear a thin baselayer below the jersey to stop sweat building up, but ymmv.0 -

Who knows! Better to keep them in a zippy pocket and reduce the chance of that happening though. It doesn't matter if you lose a banana (i'm lying) but it'd be a pain to lose your phone or bank card.tick - tick - tick0 -
I always wear an undervest under a jersey. Even if its a baking hot day (unlikely) - the wind cools you down as you cycle.
I've never lost anything from a back pocket either - they're pretty deep and it would have to be sticking right out of the top to lose anything.
I'd not worry about grippers at the bottom either. I've never noticed a jersey riding up.
I've some chinese jerseys off ebay that seem as comfy as jerseys 4 times their cost.0 -
What size / build are you - there's always plenty in the classifieds, and I've a few that I need to get rid of that are 38 inch chest sized
Personally I'm not a fan of either of those you've listed, but at a push, I'd choose the santini0 -
this one is cheaper, and (to my eye at least) nicer

Planet X also have their own brand jerseys at £10, take a look.0

This one could meet pretty much all your requirements. Non flappy, full length zip, short sleeves and a zip pocket. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=796670
