Up grading my Carrera Titan limited edition. help

I'm looking to up grade the suspension on my Carrera Titan Limited Edition 2012. Was hoping that someone on here would have some advise for me in what to pick and what will actually fit and work on my bike.

    The whole bike is basic, so almost anything would be better.

    Forks, anything with plan 1 1/8th steerer and damping, shock, you need to remove and measure the eye to eye length fully extended and then compressed, taking that from extended to give the stroke), again anything with a damper, just don't spend too much, it's not worth spending a fortune.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
