Hi all. looking at upgrading my Macic Askiums and thinking of getting the following and wanted some advice. Anyone had experience if these and if so what are your thoughts? Are they much if an upgrade to what i have got?

They are a massive upgrade on the Aksiums, and much more enjoyable to ride, especially on hills.Smarter than the average bear.0

Seen them as cheap as £374. Hopefully get £100 ish for my Askium's which gave only done 500 miles and in great condition.0

Good wheels. Certainly good enough for most riders/ all round use. Think the hubs maybe harder to maintain than rivals but like mine and although not full carbon/ deep section etc they do make a nice noise when upto speed.0

Any other users of these wheels?0

Yup they are light, spin well and make a bit of a whooshing noise, quiet hubs.
Used them for Ironman and race on them currently.0 -

No probs, I should add that for Winter riding I stick on different wheels (Hope pro hubs with OpenPro rims). Not sure how the RS80s would fair.0

May use the Askium's in winter or if I sell them I will use the unused Giant wheels that came on the bike0
