Hi all,
My 2013 trek remedy has somehow developed a click/creek noise at one point on the front wheel when riding. It doesnt appear to affect the wheel but its soooooo annoying. It sounds as if the wheel has a tacky glue point on it.

Ive inspected the whole tyre and theres nothing on it, stuck in it etc.

There is a small sort of "drain hole" on the rim not too far from where the noise appears to come frome. Is this normally there on a tubeless wheel?

    is it really coming from the wheel?

    hi mate, yes its defo coming from the wheel. when i put weight on the wheeel and gently roll it back and forth, the "pop"/"crack" sound comes from the bonty logo area on the non disc side. its v strange. Should there be a drain hole in the rim??

    I can email you a pic of the hole if that is of any use.
