Just completed my first 60 mile ride, great conditions today sunny, light breeze. Left home at 7.30 very empty roads, I did 4 laps of a 15 mile course so traffic got steadily more each lap. I did this as I've entered the Great Manchester Cycle Ride at the end of June which is 52 mile (4 laps) hence my 4 laps today. I completed it in 3.32 an average of 16.7 so really pleased. :D:D:D
