Morning
Up too early thanks to kids talking too loudly in their room, don't they realise I celebrated a bonus last night with too much cider and champagne?
Today is cycling down to the sister in laws near the Malvern hills, meeting up with the current wife and family in a pub for lunch so I really should get active as its 80 miles away
Other than that - not a lot on

Today promises to involve grass cutting, shouting at the kids and no bacon.
But it will involve a blast around the new trail centre that has opened a mere 10minutes from my house, that's right, 10 minutes.0 -

Morning Losers!
Having a night out in Leeds and living in Huddersfield has the drawback that I need to catch the 22:10 train home, so that I can catch the last bus out of Hudd to my house. Still, between 4pm and 10pm, I managed to get a fair few beers down me and a whisky at one point.
Needless to say, my head's a little fuzzy today, but not the worst I've felt. Hopefully I will be out on the bike later, but not sure where, or when. At least the sun is out!
Laters! It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Morning 'Tards,
Just had a well deserved sleep in. I've survived a 2 day work conference and having to present to a room full of people - twice. Someone stiched me up on that one  Anyhow, busy day today catching up with stuff, then I'll be packing my gear up for a spot of uplift at Cwmcarn tomorrow, first time in a while."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered."
