Is it possible to convert 15mm forks to suit 9mm qr wheels? Or 9mm qr to suit 15 forks without changing the hub?

Or change the adaptors in the hub, if it has adaptors fitted....
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

I have purchased an adapter that allows the use of a 15mm hub in normal qr dropouts although you have to use a 9mm thru axle qr. Works brilliantly . Although this is totally no use to you.
