Just how do you get replacement Campag open backed spring retention (2011+) brake shoes? :?

Need to replace old style one piece Veloce pads and want to use Kool Stop Salmon or Swissstop Green in holders.

The most cost effective way to get cartridge holders SEEMS to be to buy a whole set of newer Veloce calipers just for the pad holders http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/sp/road-t ... 2000000000 but these look like they have the old style solid back, friction fit holders.
Would much prefer the post 2011 open back design with the spring clip as IME these are FAR easier to change the pads in.
If you look in the Campag parts list these, open backed spring clip, ones are listed as BR-SR040 but on i-ride these are the closed back friction fit.

Any experience or ideas?

I've tried the Shimano type - ie looser fit but with screws to hold the pads. You can get this setup for pocket money but the problem is the screws. They seem to be made of cheese and the allen key holes round off easily (last time I had to cut the old pads off). I'm just going to go back to old style Campag probably.
    Faster than a tent.......

Don't tell anyone in Vicenza*, but decided to get these - http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/sp/road-t ... 4000000000

Probably more availability of replacement pads and only for Winter bike

*or maybe I should tell someone in Vicenza about how their stupid prices have forced me into the hands of Shimano!
