bike shed devon

Has anyone else had any dealings with the Bike Shed in Devon? Just got my bike from them through a bike to work scheme. E-mailed them about the brakes on 29er hard rock sports disc and got no reply. Also the gears don't seem to be anywhere near set up properly, don't change up like they should! I realise some fine tuning might be needed, but I think a chimp could do better. I know I can adjust them myself, but it feels like they're taking the p**s when it's not a face to face sale.

    I've been a customer of the Exeter branch for awhile and they've always been really helpful. Probably the best bet is as said above to just pick up the phone and talk to a real person and I'm sure they'll be able to sort it out.
