Bike for the wife

Hi all i am after a bike for wife its between these two both bikes retail at moment at 584.99 http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165499 and http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165499 or is there anything esle i should look at?

But which one has the better spec the man's comp weights a little less 12.56 but with 120mm travel while the fi weight a little more 13.3 with less travel 100mm is there much difference in spec apart from this...

The specs look the same, snot sure why the weighs are so different, unless womens bars/post/saddle weigh more.

i bought the boardman comp fi for the wife,great spec. only the radon bikes beat it for the money i think. i was so impressed got myself the boardman pro

yeah,just looked again.the epicon better than the recon.the radon was a contender,but boardman do pack some great kit for the money into their bikes .the op won t go far wrong with one of these.

So I been waiting for halfords to get some more stock in for more than a couple of weeks without any joy. I guess the new model is coming out soon, so is there anything else I should look at at about the same price as the boardman?
