Hi there

I am looking at buying a Cannondale Trail SL3 year 2012 model.

I am 6' 3" tall and about 17 stone. Does anybody know if the JUMBO size of frame will suit my height and build.

I used to ride a RIZE 4 full suspension size XL and this was fine.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Allegedly the jumbo size is for really big tall people. I'm 6'2" 15 stone and have a size L Rize and even that feels like a big old gate sometimes. Personally I would not want a bigger bike for off road

I would love to be able to sit on the bike but its an internet buy from Paul's Cycles.
I think I will look for an XL size frame.

Can anybody suggest a decent hard tail for around £400 / £500

    Thanks

Don't assume you are an 'XL' frame size in everything. Sizing varies a lot bewteen brands. 6ft 3 is above average, but not by much. My mate is 6ft 9 and weighs 20 stone, a Trek 3500 in XL is probably a bit too big for him!

Live about 2 minutes from Pauls cycles

was going to see if they had one off these in the shop myself to try

Iam 6ft 2 and 16-17 stone so might be able to give you some feedback on the weekend if I get around to it

looking at it a 22inch frame seems to big everything I have read suggests a 19-20 for my height

OK then didn't get to see the jumbo but tried a Large framed cannondale and that was just right

someone else the same size as me was also trying on which he purchased and end up with a large

would like to add the sl3 + sl2 bikes are stunning in the flesh

Dos anybody know anything about the Voodoo Bizango or the Voodoo Aizan. The review of the Bizango looks to good to be true. Does the Aizan have an air fork. Thanks

No I'm sure everyone has ESP. Logic is obviously not your strongest asset.
