Morning Losers!
Today I have a couple of boring meetings to look forward to, and my evening class as well. The car is booked in to a garage for the day as well, which I really hope doesn't prove too expensive as pay day isn't until Friday!
All in all, it's not proving to be the most successful 30th birthday one could ask for.

Happy Birthday TKM!!
worst birthday i had was doing 3 maths exams on the day.... bit cack as im fick at mafs and that!
Had to waste 2 hours outside in the drizzle looking at some crushed conduits which the client was trying to pin on us till i managed to convince him we cant crush anything that is not in our trenches..... peanut!!
oh the joys!!

Happy Birthday TKM.
Well today is my Friday. Not quite a midday finish but around the three o'clock mark will suffice. I've got a long (5 day)weekend and lots of things planned. I'm off to York tonight for a super car day tomorrow. Should be a blast in an Aston Martin, a Ferarri, a Lambo and a Porsche. Just hope it lives up to the hype.
As it is my Friday I'll be spending my time doing as little as possible whilst looking busy at the same time.
Time for some tea to ease into the day.

Well after my car being stuck at the garage awaiting a new water pump and cambelt for 6 days I finally have it back shame he didn't finish it until 9:45 last night
so i had to wait around in cardiff for 3 hours after i finished work.

My 30th, I dragged my very pregnant wife around the Tower of london, She moaned and moaned and moaned and moaned, you get the gist.
Anywhoo, today cant be any worse than yesterday can it?
Might get out for a ride tonight, but before that there's staff i need to hit with a big stick!

Today is a day of not really doing much all morning apart from browsing the internets and buying stuffs. After which I will be cutting up the credit card and trying to forget it ever existed. Cards make buying too easy. It hurts more if you have to hand over actual real money.
This afternoon is a CPD course in Cardiff. This will involve me trying to stay awake listening to people talk about compliance and risk. I will be judging the quality of the course on the quality of the biscuits. Fingers crossed it finishes early though and I can have a chill out evening after going for my last run this week as I have a trail race on Saturday... I may however, if the sun is still out, just flake out in the back garden and sleep. Need to be rid of the t-shirt tan I am getting from riding bikes.Sarcasm: Because punching someone in the face is illegal.0 -

30? It's not so and, just a number an all that. Think I was in Saigon for mine, so missed the three day Cardiff based drinking binge - which is probably for the better.
22km last night and absolutely knackered today, but I think that it is as much to do with being on earlies as anything.0 -

Just had a call from the garage, looks like I need a new radiator. In order to do that, the bumper has to come off, and the front grill to access it. Looking at 3.5 hours work, so costing £265 +VAT. Evening Ladies,
Happy buffing day TKM.
Today is VAT submission and payments, fortunately HMRC have pulled there fingers out and fixed there web sites so today is now proceeding much more smoothly.
Bike is in the car after a much improved ride last night, fitness is really starting to come back, its not perfect by a mile but the puffing and blowing is going away.
Now sitting back and thinking about the important question.. whats my free lunch!

Not working til 5, so today has been somewhat unproductive. Looking forward to getting back to North Wales on Sunday. The missus has arranged to have bbq and beers with friends in Llandudno whilst I head out for a ride on the Marin and beyond which is a win in my book.
