New drivetrain 'bed in'?

I've searched the forums and the 'noises' thread but can't seem to find anything similar to this.

I've got a 6603 (triple) chainset - approx 3000 km
Just installed brand new 5600 rear mech, with 5600 shifter, brand new 6600 chain and cassette.

In pretty much all gears the rear of the system (all the new bits) seem very noisy - a constant tick/rumble, but I can't seem to pinpoint anything wrong. All the gears change well, so I don't think the adjustment is out.

Does all the new stuff just need to bed in and 'wear' to match, or have I got some incompatibilities? The Shimano compatibility chart says I'm all good I think!?

Cheers!

is the chain routed correctly through the rear mech?

    Yep!
I made sure of that after taking the mick out of a friend who did 3 weeks of climbing in the alps with it through the wrong way!

It's not as loud as that would be; but definitely louder than it should be.

It all should work fine together. Sounds like set up issues.

The Evans guy on facebook suggested the mech could be bent. The mech is brand new, but I did have a bit of a spill on the old mech, so more likely the hanger is bent?

My drivetrain is pretty loud too, running my training wheels (Tiagra cassette, 105 chain and rear mech). Guy I know with the same set up as you also has a loud drivetrain, think it's just mixing parts with slightly different tolerance/shimano in general?
