Hi all,
first post and its quite simply an either or! Should I go for the Canyon Nerve AL29 8.9 @ £1750 or the Giant trance X 29er 1 at £1800? Both in medium and I ride Cannock Chase and Mid Wales on a regular basis!
Just cant decide my self so need a push one way or another!!
Cheers

Was going to go for the Giant but the lack of ISCG tabs and Thru axle forks have made me think again.0 -
Giant has thru axle fork.
Canyon spec looks amazing for the money, you won't need a chain device either as it has type 2 rear mech.0 -

It is indeed. The AL 9.9 gets a good write up in this months What Mountainbike, if you hold any sway by such things.0

Don't you know?0 -
You can only buy (new) canyons online dirrect from their website.
They don't sell to shops, that's why their bikes are cheaper or offer better parts for the same money as others, no shops are getting a cut.Bird Aeris. DMR Trailstar. Spesh Rockhopper pub bike.0 -
So it looks like the Canyon then! Unless there are any last minute shouts for the Giant?.0
