4 hrs kip and a liver full of ale - that's living :)

Today is family time with a trip to the pub to rebalance the liver

    I have a sore head.

Lazing around drinking tea and feeling sorry for myself, off to try out some 29ers later.

Onwards, to possible vomiting and penny farthing shenanigans.

Is there a day when you don't have a skinful of ale?

Mind you I quite enjoyed making a small dent in a 1 litre bottle of southern Comfort last night. Today will involve doing a few jobs followed by a long lunch at a Nepalese restaurant for a family birthday. Brother in law is paying so there is such a thing as a free lunch :) Then it'll be watching the last of the footy for this season this evening.

    See you later mongs...

Going to clean both bikes and dis-assemble 1 for the new frame arrival on Tuesday :D

Which is going? What's the new'un?

    Morning,

I'm still in bed, the woman is cooking me bacons. I will be repaying the favour later with a huge slab of meat.*

Returned from testing said 29ers. When I can have more fun on my 1500 quid trance than a 4k stumpjumper carbon I can safely say they're not for me. I was good to scratch the itch though.

    Afternoon Losers!
I was meant to be going in to work this afternoon as there is an online exam taking place, and I was needed for Tech Support. Turns out they started the exam early so didn't need me. Luckily everything went ok, and i hadn't set off so nothing to worry about, except i'm now not going to earn my £60 for 30 mins work :(

Went and saw a Skoda rep about a new car yesterday. I just need a deposit now...

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind being able to get to the boozer as often as you do but if I did my liver would look like a frikkin' walnut :)

I know exactly how you feel! Everything I read about Skoda is good. Good build quality, good service, good pricing. The problem is the name; "Skoda". It just reminds me of my Dad's old battle wagon from the early '90's!
