Front wheel off-centre

Hi!
I've been having a problem with the front wheel of my MTB for a while now - under heavy braking, the wheel gets pulled to the caliper side (disk brakes). It stays there until I move it back again. I do the QR lever up as tight as possible.
I'm almost 100% sure it's the QR lever moving in the dropouts, but I can't seem to fix it - any ideas?
Thanks!

(most likely) a wobble in the axle/hub itself?0

needs re-tensioning. LBS time."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

You mean spokes? I checked them and they did seem rather loose. I can see the skewer moving in the dropout though - would that not affect it?

Yes he means spokes. But it all needs to be tight0
