Evening all,

Nothing special to some, but I have just completed my first 50 mile ride, and solo as well!
http://app.strava.com/activities/54883603

I now hurt, well, maybe not hurt, but ache. I intended on doing a relatively flat route and ended up doing some of the biggest hills I've ever done. My Garmin said several hills got to 10%, and one topped 17% (I guess there is some inaccuracy, so may not have actually been this, but it felt like it).
I've done a few rides that have been around 45miles, but never managed to push it another few miles.

Great start to a weekend! I hope you all are having a good one as well.

Joe

    What's everyone's times, or mph on a 50?

Would be good to know what to aim for?

36miles today - hurt a lot and took a long time to get into any rhythm.

    Thanks for all the congratulations.
