Hello, I'd just like to ask the advise of all the cleaver people out here, I am planning on buying some solid wheels for long distance but at the same time being able to take the bashes of life, I've been looking at cyclocross wheels and I think something in that bracket.
I hope to spend tops £200, please help.
I am looking for a wheel set as well, old ones are truly dead.
Thanks
Sid

Shimano 105 hubs, 32 spokes and Ambrosio Evolution/excursion rims could be the ones that go far and take the abuse of life as you say. Should be bang on budget... enquire with your local builder if you can be bothered to speak to someone instead of just pressing a key on the board
