I'm going to do one of the Wiggle sportives later in the year, to raise money for a charity that my girlfriend set up.
I'd quite like to ride in a jersey with the charity name and logo.
Does anyone know anywhere reliable and reasonable to get a jersey printed?
Thanks.

I'm in the same situation for the London 100. I've been quoted £45 + VAT and £8.50 delivery for a transfer printed jersey from Kustom-clothing.co.uk. The jersey is the Craft Active Classic - can't link direct but it's in sportswear>cycling:

Haven't actually done it yet though so can't vouch for them!2011 Canyon XC 8.0 (Monza Race Red)

For a one-off, the cost of setting up a sublimation dye transfer print would be prohibitive, so the only option would be a heat transfer onto a regular jersey. You can buy inkjet transfer paper for fabrics - simply inkjet your design onto the transfer paper and iron-on. Alternatively, there are specialist shops who'll do it for you.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
