Help me to identify these disc brakes

I've bought an used bike that needs some serious tlc. I also want to replace the brake pads as they are worn out, yet, I can't find what disc brakes are these? Does anyone know? (pics below) Thanks!

    TBH take the pads out as that will be an easier way to match them to some new ones. EBC and others have images of their pad shapes.
