Nebo / Betws-y-Coed routes please

I'm on holiday near Nebo, just east of Betws-y-Coed, next week. I'm looking for a couple of route ideas around 40 to 60 miles (can't leave the wife for too long on holiday )

Looking around I've found a couple of possibilities, any locals to the area, how does this look?

if you want some hill - map out:
llanrwst - B5113 pentrefoelas - B4407 ysbyty ifan - A470 through bleanau back to betws! thats about 40miles of cracking hills over the mignant and crimea
also up through penmachno is nice

Something like this? You're not very good at this are you, it's only 39.4 miles, you said it was 40 :P
