Hi all, I've got this Prologo Kite saddle which I bought a while back but never used it.

Don;t know if I will use it but it's a very interesting saddle but I can't find any info about it when googling it.

Anyone know anything about it?

Cheers, alan

Hi, yes it is nice, not really my colour scheme though. That actual seatpost [miche] and saddle combination only weighs 347 grams, most of which is the post

I just haven't seen any other ones of this saddle, I suppose the way it is clamped is a cross between regular and I beam but as I said I would like to see some more official details.

Just though I would re surface this, still haven't heard much about it
  • That is certainly a nice looking saddle, but like everyone else I can't say I've ever seen it before. If you want to get rid of it.........

I could be persuaded to part with it as I don't expect I will ever use it. I would think though it would have to come and be used with this seatpost a Miche.
The reason being is that it uses a set up similar to the I beam on SDG [ I think].
It looks to have a wide range of adjustment. There are marks on the seatpost which I would gladly provide pics of.
I've just remembered there was some other hardware as well which I will seek out.
Basically yes I would part with my expensive impulse buy or even consider exchange or part ex as I would like to build a new [ish] road bike.
  • Sounds good, do you know how wide it is by any chance?

I will get back to you probably tomorrow [pm] when I've hunted down the bits, ooh and found my tape measure.
Below is a link to seatpost, obviously I will provide pics of actual usedl post if required.
