    1 Sell neither
2 Sell neither until you have the new bike and are happy with it
3 Sell the one that you cant fit mudguards on so that the other can become your winter bike.
4 If both can take mudguards - keep the one you prefer riding on long rides

Depends how much you wish to raise to put towards your new purchase.

You will not achieve much for the alu Cube bike because most people chase for carbon frames for secondhand at any price above £500 IME yet your Cube is well-specced (you would be better off breaking it down and selling off wheels and groupset separately)

You might consider swapping wheelsets for the Cube and Felt if you decide to raise more money. You might consider your Felt to be too good a bike to relegate to second bike/winter bike duties. If that is the case, I'd be tempted to sell the Felt (with Elites) and keep the Cube as a winter bike.

Anyway decisions, decisions. How much of an upgrade do you expect to gain on the Felt? Components are good, pop the Elites on it and you have a fine bike indeed.

My vote goes towards your kidney. +1 is always the answer to how many bikes you need :D
